Prerequisites: Completion of level 1
This Operations Level (Level 2) class will give you the knowledge, expertise and practical experience you need to set up, run and manage the operations of an emergency animal shelter.
Open to the Public but preference will be given to state, county, city employees

Small Animal Disaster and Emergency Sheltering - 2 Day Online Level 1 Zoom Course
SPCA Florida is pleased to offer the Awareness Level Small Animal Emergency Sheltering Course.
This is a modified version of in person training. A working PC (desktop or laptop), or large tablet with a camera is required. Additional offline requirements may be necessary to complete this course and receive your certificate.
The cost is $35 for registration.
Prerequisites: 18 years of age or older
16-18 may register with parent or guardian
This Awareness Level (Level 1) class will give you the knowledge and practical experience you need to work in an emergency animal shelter and become a FL SARC responder.
